The Sanctuary is a welcoming community of 184 homes nestled in Palm Beach Gardens, between Juno and Jupiter.  The lush mature landscaping and appearance welcome you home every day.  The Sanctuary is comprised of approximately 30 acres of preserve. This land provides habitat for the protected Gopher Tortoise, the Barred Owl, Wood Storks, Osprey and many more species!    All homes are located either on a preserve lot or lake view lot.

 

Built by Pulte Homes in 1994-5, The Sanctuary is managed by an owner board of directors and Sea Breeze Community Management.
